Beach House Plans for one of your sample houses

QUESTION; Hi there, I'm intrigued by the beautiful proportions of one of the houses on your site, as shown above.

I'm wondering if there are any plans available for this house?

ANSWER: Mark, we really appreciate you visiting our site. Unfortunately, we do not have plans for that specific home - but we agree that it is pretty amazing.

One option is to have an architect render the drawings from the photo. I'd hazard to guess the other side is the same as the one you can see. An architect could probably draw the rear of the home without too much trouble knowing what the other three sides look like.

The fun part would be developing the interior rooms which you could define along with the architect. If you don't know anyone local who could do that we can recommend someone to you.

Yet another option is to contact the folks at Family Home Plans and see if they can replicate the plans from the photo or if they have plans for a similar home that can be modified.
