Front porch decorating suggestions welcome!

We have created a bold focal point with our shallow front porch addition, with slightly oversize columns and a dark red door surrounded by raised panel trim.

We need to add a couple chairs and other accessories to make it more inviting, and perhaps something on the right to balance the round window on the left.

We want to strike a balance between friendly/inviting but not too cluttered, and invite constructive comments.

Front porch decorating suggestions are most welcome!
