QUESTION about Replacing Tongue and Groove Porch Boards: We need to replace the flooring on an outside, 2nd story covered porch, that is supported only by floor joists running through the house. No water can leak or drain through. Is there a vinyl tongue and groove material available?

Thanks for telling us about your call to Azek. Looks like this flooring has a lot going for it - but being 100% waterproof - apparently not.

I have also been looking for watertight porch boards constructed of an engineered product.

I called Azek and they explicitly told me that their product is not waterproof and cannot be made waterproof. Yes it has tongue and groove construction but it is not tight enough to prevent water from going through and there is nothing you can do to prevent that.
